Roles and Responsibilities

Founder & Community Manager
Leads and coordinates board activity
Develops strategy, yearly objectives, and provides direction on how success will be measured
Sets and manages budget in consultation with Advisory Board
Acts as ambassador to the industry to grow the CWIF brand and organization
Cultivates membership and sponsorship development

Marketing Director
Develop marketing strategy in alignment with Community Manager and Advisory Board
Website development and content manager
Creative lead for design and marketing collateral
Communication and media strategy developer

Corporate & Legal Affairs Director
Prepares reports, correspondence, and confidential legal documents
Leads and coordinates counsel activity as required
Other special projects as identified and directed by board

Events & Sponsorship Director
Coordinates event talent and volunteers
Establishes event calendar in alignment with Marketing Director
Strategic lead on event planning and execution
Liaison on negotiations between event suppliers and CWIF
Cultivates membership and sponsorship development

To offer healthy perspectives on food and nutrition
Acts as a creative and interactive resource
Leads food, ingredient, and health education components
