For Elisabeth, who loves to live in a place without definitions or labels – this conundrum suits her just fine! In creating the cheekily-named, Jewels Under The Kilt, Elisabeth has developed her business with the purpose of ‘Cracking open our differences to embrace humanity’. You see it’s roasted nuts that have brought Elisabeth’s family together and for her daughter Jessie, who has Upsyndrome, the business will be her legacy.
